Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and co-ordination support to the Legal Department, ensuring that legal documentation, contracts, and related processes are properly managed, accurate, and well-organized in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies of the Company including coordination and communication between the internal and external team as assigned.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, organize, maintain, and file legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, internal memoranda, and relevant documents
- Coordinate with external law firms, consultants, government authorities, and business partners as assigned
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Filing and maintaining legal documents and contracts and updating legal and contract records
- Distribute and archive fully executed agreements and related documents
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Liaise between the Legal Department and internal departments on administrative and documentation matters
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure documents are properly stored and easily retrievable
- Perform other administrative or legal support duties as assigned by the Legal Manager or higher-level Supervisors or Senior Management
Qualifications
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, documentation
- Must be computer literate (MS Office, MS Outlook, Power Point, PDF)
- Detail oriented and observant skills
- Active and responsible, comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to do everything best
- Ability to work under deadlines
