Lead and oversee the overall sales and marketing performance of the Pharma Grand business worldwide by driving sustainable growth, expanding market presence, and optimizing profitability. This role is responsible for developing strategic business plans, managing commercial operations, strengthening principal partnerships, and ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
- Lead overall sales achievement and implement market acquisition and retention strategies to maximize sales growth and optimize profitability for the Group/Corporation.
- Manage, control, and monitor sales budgets, Selling & Business (S&B), Advertising & Promotion (A&P), and all related operating expenses to ensure cost efficiency and profit maximization.
- Direct and oversee sales and marketing functions to achieve departmental objectives, business targets, and customer requirements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage business portfolios, and oversee risk management initiatives to support sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, ensuring alignment with business expectations, compliance standards, and code of conduct requirements.
- Lead, motivate, develop, and manage teams to enhance organizational capability, performance, and succession readiness.
- Drive business strategy execution while fostering organizational culture and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
- Oversee Profit and Loss (P&L) management and ensure achievement of financial and operational targets.
- Ensure all pharmacovigilance activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and drug safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required. Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), preferably in Marketing, is an advantage.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales leadership, including managing high-performing sales teams, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) and driving commercial performance.
- Strong experience in business strategy, organizational development, and leading culture transformation initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with a global strategic mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills with strong customer value orientation and market focus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and manage regional or international business environments.
- Strong people management and human resources management capabilities.
- Knowledgeable and well-trained in pharmacovigilance principles, drug surveillance concepts, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills in both Thai and English.
