Job overview

This role is responsible for driving process standardization and policy development across the organization. The manager will work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency, ensure policy alignment with corporate strategy and support the organization in building stronger and more scalable foundations.

Responsibilities

1.Business Process Improvement & Standardization

∙ Map, analyze and redesign cross-functional workflows to remove inefficiencies

∙ Establish and maintain standard operating procedures across departments

∙ Monitor process compliance and continuously identify improvement opportunities

∙ Track and report process improvement outcomes against annual plan

2.Policy Development & Implementation

∙ Draft, review, and update company policies aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements

∙ Facilitate coordination with key stakeholders to ensure policy and organization-wide alignments

∙ Develop implementation plans and communication materials for new or revised policies

∙ Monitor policy adherence and flag gaps or risks to management

3.Cross-functional Coordination & Project Support

∙ Act as coordination point for cross-functional initiatives related to process and policy

∙ Oversee the tracking and execution of strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met and aligned with business objectives

∙ Consolidate and provide executive summaries for escalation to management with recommended solutions

Qualifications

∙ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field

∙ Strong analytical and structured thinking skills

∙ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to work cross-functionally

∙ Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies (e.g. PMO, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus

∙ 5–7 years of experience in process improvement, business operations, policy management, or related functions

∙ Experience in documentation, SOP writing, or policy drafting is a plus
