Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive personal branding strategy for the CEO.
- Create and maintain a consistent voice, tone, and narrative across CEO communications.
- Coordinate CEO’s thought leadership efforts including speeches, keynote content, blogs, LinkedIn posts, and op-eds.
- Oversee and manage CEO’s social media presence with strategic content planning and audience engagement.
- Partner with media and PR teams to secure executive interviews, speaking engagements, and panel opportunities.
- Support internal communications from the CEO, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and culture.
- Collaborate with design and content teams for visual branding (e.g., photos, presentations, videos).
- Monitor media coverage, sentiment, and audience feedback to refine strategy.
- Prepare briefing documents and talking points for public appearances and interviews.
- Ensure alignment between CEO branding and overall corporate brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 5+ years experience in executive communications, personal branding, or corporate PR.
- Proven experience managing executive-level content and social presence.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Strong understanding of media strategy, digital channels, and public relations.
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage confidential information.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking engagement and brand performance.
