The IT Coordinator serves as the main point of contact between customers, the Product team, and the IT Support team. This role ensures smooth communication, effective coordination, and timely resolution of IT-related requests across both product and support functions.
This position is ideal for someone who understands IT systems at a high level, enjoys working with people, and can translate customer needs into clear and actionable tasks for technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for customers on IT-related matters, including product usage, system issues, and service requests
- Receive, analyze, and clarify customer requirements, issues, and feedback
- Coordinate and communicate customer requirements with Product and IT Support teams
- Translate business or user needs into clear, structured requirements for internal teams
- Track and follow up on tickets, issues, and requests until successful resolution
- Monitor progress and proactively update customers on status and timelines
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in system delivery to customers
- Ensure issues and requests are handled in accordance with defined SLAs
- Prepare basic documentation such as requirement summaries, meeting notes, and user guides
- Participate in customer and internal meetings and summarize key discussion points
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for product or service improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
- Experience in IT Support, IT Coordination, Customer Support, or Product Support is an advantage
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software applications, or enterprise systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Highly responsible, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good teamwork skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- English communication skills are a plus
