Responsibilities:

• Assist in annual IR strategy development and action plans to support company businesses and strengthen engagement between investor community and senior management.
• Assist in crafting key messages to be communicated including company’s strategies,
• Support the operations of Finance, Investor Relations & ESG department (e.g., Collecting data for using in One Report, Sustainability Report, Analyst Meeting, Opportunity day, Non-deal Roadshow, Annual General Meeting, Shareholder Analysis, SET news announcement etc.)
• Analyze the financial information and prepare financial valuation.
• Coordinate and prepare relevant information for AGM, Analyst Meeting, Investor Meeting, Opportunity Day and Roadshow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in finance, business administration, accounting or related field.
• Experience in Investor Relations, Financial Analysis, or related fields.
• Knowledge of SEC/ SET rules, regulations and requirements, the Public Company Act, and Thai Corporate and basic financial statements would be an advantage.
• Expert in computer abilities (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and investor relations software/tools.
• Good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and presentation skills.
• Good connection with investment communities.
