We are looking for a proactive, self-driven People Experience Specialist who thrives on autonomy and takes complete ownership of their outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team including the COO and CEO as an essential partner in sustaining and reinforcing our high-performance culture. This is an end-to-end execution role where you won’t just coordinate—you will be the primary driver handling everything from attracting top talent and building internal learning tracks to producing employer branding content completely by yourself. Because we practice what we preach, you will use and master empeo, our flagship HR platform, leveraging AI and system automation to eliminate routine work so you can focus entirely on high-impact, human-touch initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Alignment & Culture Reinforcement: Work closely with the CEO and COO to support our collaborative, agile work environment, while actively reinforcing and protecting our core culture.
  • Proactive Initiative & Delivery: Take full, independent ownership of projects; anticipate team needs, initiate solutions, and follow through to ensure successful, end-to-end delivery by yourself.
  • Early Escalation & Vigilance: Act as the team's eyes and ears on the ground; stay highly perceptive to any cultural or organizational red flags and escalate them effectively to ensure everything is handled smoothly.
  • Dynamic Hands-on Execution: Embrace the nature of a lean team by staying highly flexible, action-oriented, and ready to get your hands dirty in any spontaneous, fast-paced task that comes your way.
  • Team Engagement: Help design and organize impactful team activities, well-being initiatives, and culture programs that maintain high motivation.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing quality candidates to setting up a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Creative Branding: Drive Gofive’s employer brand by creating and posting social media content in-house, managing branding channels, and representing us at external events.
  • Course Co-Creation: Go beyond scheduling; actively participate in building, refining, and updating internal training courses and competency learning tracks.
  • Learning Infrastructure & Quality: Review skills and core competencies continuously, collaborating with teams to push the quality of our learning courses and ensure they are constantly updated.
  • System Operations & AI: Run internal HR operations smoothly on our flagship platform, empeo, sharing feedback with our product team while using AI tools to automate routine work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, engagement, or marketing/content creation (ambitious career-switchers or candidates with strong internship backgrounds are welcome).
  • Genuine Inner Drive: Someone who works completely from the heart, deeply cares about the people experience, and handles challenges with passion rather than just treating it as a checklist.
  • The "Growth Partner" Mindset: Naturally driven, encouraging, and passionate about evolving people frameworks, updating skills tracking, and maintaining a high standard for learning content.
  • Hands-on Generalist: A true self-starter who is excited to handle both big-picture collaboration with executives and day-to-day execution like writing content.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Eager to integrate AI tools into daily workflows and excited to become a power-user of our HR platform, empeo.
  • Resilient & Adaptable: Comfortable managing spontaneous tasks, tight deadlines, and the expectations of a high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a creative eye for producing simple, engaging content.
