Responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements. Maintain and validate employee master data, attendance records, and payroll-related information in the HRIS system. Coordinate with relevant departments to support payroll processing, statutory submissions, reporting, and continuous improvement of payroll procedures.
Develop and administer compensation structures and benefits programs. This is not limited to designing rewards and recognition initiatives to motivate and behavioral shaping. Administer the market benchmarking data for salary survey. Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and policies. Use HR analytics to track compensation fairness and trends to support long-term workforce planning with compensation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Administer the employee master data, and payroll records to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor and verify the accurate processing of staff movements, including appointments, transfers, promotions, resignations, and final payments.
- Prepare and manage all payroll-related documents, reports, and statutory submissions.
- Ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately, in compliance with statutory requirements, and within the defined timeline.
- Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements (e.g., SSO, PND1, PND91).
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll reconciliation and payment disbursement.
- Review, update, and improve payroll procedures, workflows, and internal control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, flexible benefits, reimbursements, and welfare programs in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., insurance providers, brokers, benefit partners) and monitor service performance to ensure effective delivery of employee benefits.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits activities comply with Thai labor laws, Revenue Department regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Prepare, verify, and submit monthly benefits-related data (e.g., insurance premiums, reimbursement claims) to ensure accuracy and timely processing with payroll cutoffs.
- Support annual benefits renewal processes, including employee enrollment updates, rate changes, and communication with vendors and employees.
- Maintain accurate C&B data in the HRIS system and ensure alignment with payroll and employee records.
- Provide employees with guidance and clarification on benefits, eligibility, claims procedures, and related inquiries.
- Support compensation cycles such as merit increase, workforce cost budgeting, and salary surveys.
- Prepare and monitor C&B reports, cost summaries, and projections to support management decision-making.
- Respond to reasonable requests and secondary duties as assigned to support HR and organizational changes.
- Update C&B policy in accordance with company policy or government announcement.
- Update, manage, and be the key contact for HRIS systems.
- Maintain accurate employee master data and verify alignment with payroll records.
- Monitor workflows and system configurations to support HR and payroll operations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT/vendors.
- Support system enhancements and UAT testing.
- Educate on HRIS to employees and managers (ESS/MSS) and provide support if needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, Human Resources Management or related filed.
- Minimum 7 years experience in payroll process, HRinformation system as well as compensation and benefits.
- Knowledge in Thai Labor Law and Personal Income Tax
- Strong attention to details, problem solving skills, flexibility and service-minded.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, deliver results on schedule and maintain highest degree of confidentiality.
- Good command in written and spoken in English.
- Good computer literacy in MS-Office, Excel, Power Point and outlook.
