Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
2. Presentation & Data Analysis
Prepare high-quality presentations for executive meetings, board meetings, and business reviews
Analyze data and translate insights into clear, visually compelling slides
Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools to enhance productivity and output quality
3. Business Coordination
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments
Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution across teams
Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
4. Communication
Draft professional emails, reports, and internal communications in English and Thai
Facilitate smooth communication across all levels of the organization
Coordinate with external stakeholders when required
5. Administrative & Project Support
Prepare reports, documents, and summaries for decision-making
Assist in organizing company events, executive meetings, and business trips
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Business Support
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and AI tools
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and internal communication skills
