Overview
We are seeking a polished, proactive, and wholehearted CEO Personal Butler & Lifestyle Mobility Assistant to support our CEO’s daily executive lifestyle, personal mobility, well-being, and personal schedule. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in refined service, thoughtful preparation, and seamless coordination — ensuring that every movement, appointment, personal arrangement, and lifestyle detail is handled with care, precision, and professionalism.
Think of this role as a blend of executive lifestyle concierge, personal butler, premium mobility coordinator, and personal schedule assistant. You will help create a smooth, well-prepared, and stress-free daily experience for the CEO by anticipating needs, managing personal logistics, arranging daily movements, preparing for travel and events, and ensuring that every detail is ready when needed.
A core part of this role is to provide premium daily executive mobility for the CEO — driving him to offices, meetings, personal appointments, events, airports, and other destinations with the highest standard of safety, punctuality, comfort, privacy, and professionalism. This is not only about transportation, but about protecting the CEO’s time, energy, focus, and peace of mind throughout the day.
Success in this role requires good judgment, emotional maturity, strong discretion, excellent etiquette, and genuine care. The right person will be observant, educated, proactive, well-organized, and confident in handling premium-level personal and executive lifestyle support with grace.
Responsibilities
● Provide premium daily executive mobility for the CEO — drive the CEO to offices, meetings, personal appointments, events, airports, and other destinations with the highest standard of safety, punctuality, comfort, privacy, and professionalism.
● Create a seamless in-car experience — plan routes in advance, monitor traffic, prepare alternative routes, coordinate parking and drop-off points, and ensure the vehicle is clean, organized, temperature-ready, and prepared with necessary items before every trip.
● Protect the CEO’s time, privacy, and focus — drive smoothly and safely, maintain discretion during calls or conversations, and create a calm environment where the CEO can rest, think, or work between destinations.
● Manage the CEO’s personal calendar and daily flow — arrange personal appointments, lifestyle activities, errands, wellness schedules, reminders, and travel movements so each day runs smoothly.
● Support the CEO’s personal well-being — anticipate and assist with meals, appointments, exercise routines, medical checkups, personal errands, and lifestyle details that help him stay balanced, healthy, and focused.
● Act as a lifestyle concierge and personal butler — observe preferences, remember important details, coordinate special requests, and prepare thoughtful support before being asked.
● Coordinate travel, events, and lifestyle logistics — arrange flights, hotels, visas, transportation, drivers, luggage, travel documents, reservations, gifts, venue support, and other personal or company-related arrangements.
● Oversee property, household, and vehicle matters — coordinate maintenance, cleaning, repairs, inspections, insurance, registration, vendor appointments, and other practical matters to keep everything running smoothly.
● Prepare and organize personal documents and essentials — manage receipts, expense records, appointment documents, travel documents, personal files, devices, refreshments, gifts, and other important items with care and confidentiality.
● Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with integrity — safeguard private information, personal routines, family matters, business discussions, and all sensitive details related to the CEO’s life.
● Jump into ad-hoc personal or lifestyle support on demand — assist with urgent tasks, unexpected schedule changes, special occasions, or business-related lifestyle needs with calmness, ownership, and service excellence.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Service Management, Communications, Logistics, Aviation Service, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
● 1–3 years of experience in executive support, personal assistant, concierge service, hospitality, aviation service, luxury service, lifestyle management, premium customer service, or high-standard private support is preferred.
● Valid driver’s license with a strong record of safe, careful, and responsible driving.
● Strong knowledge of Bangkok routes, traffic patterns, parking locations, airports, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and lifestyle destinations.
● Fluent in Thai with basic to good English communication skills; polished communication and professional manners are required.
● Calm under pressure, especially during traffic, urgent schedule changes, high-priority appointments, unexpected delays, or sensitive situations.
● High service mindset with genuine care — willing to support both big and small details with pride, consistency, and professionalism.
● Strong sense of ownership — self-driven, responsible, punctual, and able to complete tasks without constant follow-up.
● High EQ and empathy — polite, humble, observant, emotionally mature, and able to read situations appropriately.
● Well-organized and detail-oriented — able to manage calendars, errands, personal items, documents, vendors, and logistics without missing important details.
● Comfortable using digital and AI tools such as calendar apps, Google Maps, LINE, Microsoft 365, expense apps, travel apps, and productivity tools.
● Flexible with working hours when needed, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, travel support, special events, and visits to the Rama 2 site or other business/personal locations as required.
