
Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for key corporate clients, building trust, understanding their goals, and delivering solutions that make a real impact
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of well-being, team building, engagement, and research projects from briefing to execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (facilitators, well-being specialists, creatives) to design and implement tailored programs
- Ensure smooth project management: timelines, budgets, team workflow, and client expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in how we manage accounts and scale our impact
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, project management, or client services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A heart for people-first solutions, whether that’s in well-being, engagement, or organizational culture
- Experience in working with HR or B2B clients is a strong plus
- Confident in professional English and Thai communication
