Highly motivated and experienced Senior Search Consultant with a deep understanding of the B2B landscape to be a driving force in our new business revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales funnel, from planning and executing outbound strategies to negotiating and closing high-value, complex deals. The ideal candidate must be a skilled consultative seller who can collaborate effectively with our Strategy team to create the best solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
Part 1: End-to-End Sales Cycle Management
- Responsible for TCV targets from both inbound leads and self-generated outbound leads.
- Effectively manage your own sales pipeline from qualifying leads to closing the sale.
- Present and negotiate complex proposals to achieve win-win outcomes.
Part 2: Consultative Selling & Needs Analysis
- Deeply understand the client's business problems and goals to identify opportunities where our services (SEO & AI Search) can create value.
- Act as a "Trusted Advisor" to clients, not just a "Salesperson."
- Prepare a high-quality and comprehensive "Strategy Briefing Document" to deliver clear insights to the Strategy team.
- Proactively monitor and document client sentiment and attitude after key interactions in the CRM, ensuring any concerns or hesitations and address immediately.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy and service-minded communication throughout the sales journey ensuring clients feel company value regardless of the deal outcome.
Part 3: Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Search Consultant (Strategy) team to co-develop plans and solutions that best meet client needs.
- Participate in pitching sessions with the Strategy team to demonstrate the company's expertise and teamwork.
- Provide useful feedback to the Strategy team regarding market demands and client feedback.
Part 4: Sales Process Excellence & Mentorship:
- Serve as a role model in following the company's sales process (Sales Process & Funnel Management) and using the CRM with discipline.
- Help mentor or provide guidance to more junior Sales Consultants (if any).
- Share best practices, sales techniques, and methods for handling objections with the team.
Part 5: Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop:
- Regularly keep up with news, trends, and competitor activities in the market.
- Gather feedback and insights from clients and pass them on to the Strategy, Product, and Marketing teams to develop the company's services and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or a new business-focused Account Executive role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Direct experience in outbound sales or self-sourcing a sales pipeline is highly preferred.
- Experience selling complex services (e.g., Digital Marketing Services, SaaS, IT Solutions).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong active listening skills with a genuine capability to empathize with client pain points.
- High sense of ownership, discipline, and resilience.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools.
