At Gofive, we are a product-led, tech-driven B2B SaaS company that moves faster than the market. We are currently pivoting to an AI-First development philosophy, and we are looking for a Software Development Team Lead to build and lead a new, high-impact squad.
This is a highly challenging role. We operate with a relentless mantra of delivering high-quality, high-performance, and secure code to production every 2 weeks, on-time. As the lead of this small squad, you will be at the front lines of redefining our development lifecycle through AI. We have a massive roadmap ahead, and the expectations for output are high. If you thrive in a small, fast-moving team where the workload is heavy but the impact is immediate, this is your challenge.
Responsibilities
- Build the AI-First Squad: Lead a small, agile team where AI is the primary driver of architecture, code generation, and productivity.
- Relentless 2-Week Delivery: Own the end-to-end execution of our 2-week production release cycle. You are responsible for ensuring your squad delivers on-time, every time, with no compromises.
- Mission-Critical Engineering: Ensure all squad output meets strict benchmarks for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring our B2B SaaS platform remains world-class.
- Technical Architecture: Design and oversee robust features within the Gofive ecosystem, solving complex business problems with lean, efficient, AI-enhanced code.
- High-Velocity Management: Use Agile methodologies to manage your squad’s tasks, removing technical blockers instantly to maintain a high-speed momentum.
Qualifications
- Thai-Language Speaking: Must be fluent in Thai to lead and collaborate effectively within our team.
- Proven Technical Leadership: 3+ years of experience in software development, with a track record of leading technical teams or squads through high-pressure delivery cycles.
- AI-First Mindset: You must have a deep technical passion for AI/ML and LLMs, with a focus on how these tools accelerate the software development life cycle.
- Agile & Continuous Delivery: Expert-level understanding of Agile practices and a production-ready mindset. You must know how to maintain quality at high speeds.
- Technical Stack: Our current ecosystem is built on C#, Angular, and Azure. While prior experience in these specific technologies is not required, you must be capable of mastering our environment quickly.
- Industry Agnostic: Prior experience in B2B SaaS is not required. We value technical excellence and a Self-Driven attitude over specific industry history.
