As a Project Manager (IT Solution), you will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into practical system solutions, manage end-to-end project execution, and help elevate how our teams operate. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects including system development, Turn-Key projects, system integration, and solution delivery to achieve timeline, scope, budget, and quality targets.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, define project scope, prepare BRD, SRS, Project Charter, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, resources, risks, UAT planning, and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, assess risks, implement corrective actions, and provide updates to management.
- Manage Change Requests with proper impact analysis and process alignment.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, IT Risk management frameworks, and security guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Go-Live, manage issue resolution, coordinate with support teams, and ensure complete handover and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business IT, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Project Management or system implementation
- Understanding of IT and basic business processes (operations, inventory, sales, support)
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall and tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and project coordination
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Scrum Master are an advantage
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
