- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring and maintaining environment stability
- Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system
- Experience working with End users
- Customer services skills, build and maintain strong working relationship with various stakeholders
- Passionate of Technology, Security, Microsoft Products
- Holding relevant certifications such as Microsoft would be an advantage
Qualifications
Requirements
- 3-5 years of systems engineering such as Desktop Management and mobile Devices Management (in Microsoft Infrastructure, AD CA, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD would be an advantage)
- Experience working with End users to troubleshoot and resolve their issues
- Verbal and written communication skills in both Thai/English
- Good interpersonal, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Team Player, self-starter, and highly energetic
