In this role, you are the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and the people who use it. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the "Soul" of our product, ensuring every feature we ship isn't just functional, but transformative for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Deep Customer Empathy: Dive deep into the customer’s world. You will analyze and design UX/UI solutions that ensure our products "fit-in" perfectly with their daily lives and business needs.
- Rapid Feature Evolution: Partner closely with Product Owners (PO) to turn ideas into reality. You’ll be the engine that keeps our sprints moving fast without sacrificing design quality.
- Experience Validation: You won’t guess—you’ll know. You will lead Usability Testing, talk directly to customers, and validate ideas to ensure we hit Product-Market Fit every single time.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Explore how AI can simplify complex tasks, making our software smarter, faster, and more intuitive for everyone.
- Figma Mastership: Use Figma not just as a tool, but as a canvas to communicate vision, logic, and high-fidelity prototypes that inspire the entire team.
