We’re looking for a Workflow Automation Engineer to own the end-to-end design and delivery of business automations. You’ll partner with ops, product, and engineering to translate messy, real-world processes into robust technical solutions—using RPA tools, LLMs, Bash, and Python. You will build, test, and ship scalable workflows; monitor and troubleshoot production runs; and iteratively improve speed, accuracy, and reliability. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using RPA tools, LLMs, Bash scripting, and Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions
- Build, test, and maintain automation processes to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
- Monitor existing workflows, troubleshoot issues, and continuously enhance efficiency
- Drive process optimization by analyzing workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT Department
- Strong proficiency in Python (required)
- Preferred: Experience or academic background in Software Development
- Preferred: Experience with AI Prompt Engineering
- Preferred: Familiarity with Google Cloud Data Tools
