Role Overview

NerdOptimize กำลังมองหา **Marketing Manager** ที่จะเข้ามาช่วยวางแผน คุมทีม และขับเคลื่อนงาน marketing ของบริษัทให้เป็นระบบมากขึ้น ทั้งในฝั่ง brand, content, event, partnership, lead generation และ marketing operations

ตำแหน่งนี้จะทำงานใกล้ชิดกับ Founder เพื่อเปลี่ยน business direction และไอเดียทางธุรกิจให้กลายเป็นแผนงานที่ทีมทำต่อได้จริง พร้อมดูแล workflow ของทีม marketing / content / creative ให้มี owner, deadline และมาตรฐานงานที่ชัดเจน

คนที่เหมาะกับตำแหน่งนี้ไม่ใช่แค่คนทำโพสต์ แต่ต้องเป็นคนที่เข้าใจ marketing strategy, digital marketing, SEO, B2B marketing และสามารถคุม execution ให้เกิดผลลัพธ์จริงได้

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• วางแผน marketing รายเดือน / รายไตรมาสให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจของ NerdOptimize
• แปลง business priorities เช่น SEO agency, Academy, AI Search และ Digital Growth services ให้เป็น marketing roadmap ที่ชัดเจน
• วาง campaign calendar สำหรับ content, event, webinar, partnership, lead generation และ brand awareness
• ช่วยจัดลำดับความสำคัญของ marketing initiatives เพื่อลด bottleneck จาก Founder
• วิเคราะห์ competitor, market trend และ customer insight เพื่อหา opportunity ในการทำ content และ campaign

2. Content & Brand Marketing

• คุม content strategy ของ NerdOptimize ในช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, Blog, Email, YouTube หรือช่องทางอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดูแลให้ content มีคุณภาพ เหมาะกับ positioning ของ NerdOptimize ในฐานะผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน SEO, AI Search และ Digital Growth
• Review content plan, caption, article brief, visual direction และ messaging ให้ตรง brand
• พัฒนา thought leadership content จากความรู้ของ Founder/ทีม ให้กลายเป็น content ที่สื่อสารง่าย น่าเชื่อถือ และนำไปใช้ต่อได้
• ดูแล brand voice ให้ consistent ทั้งงาน agency, Academy และ marketing campaign

3. SEO / AI Search / Website Marketing

• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม SEO เพื่อผลักดัน organic growth ของเว็บไซต์ NerdOptimize
• วางแผน content cluster, landing page, lead magnet และ conversion path
• เข้าใจพื้นฐาน SEO และสามารถ brief ทีม content / SEO / creative ได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• ติดตาม performance ของ website และ content เช่น traffic, leads, ranking, conversion
• ช่วยต่อยอด positioning ด้าน AI Search, SEO และ Digital Growth ให้ชัดเจนในตลาด

4. Event, Webinar & Partnership Marketing

• วางแผนและคุม execution งาน event, webinar, workshop, speaking opportunity และ partnership
• ประสานงานกับ partner / organizer / internal team เพื่อให้ deliverables ครบถ้วน
• ดูแล registration, promotion plan, content assets, speaker brief และ post-event follow-up
• สรุปผล event เช่น leads, attendees, engagement, opportunities และ next actions
• ช่วยหา opportunity สำหรับ NerdOptimize ในงาน industry, award, media, community และ partnership

5. Team Management & Marketing Operations

• คุมทีม marketing / content / creative ให้มี owner, deadline และ deliverable ชัดเจน
• Brief งานให้ทีมเข้าใจง่าย โดยเฉพาะงาน content, design, event และ campaign
• ติดตามงานประจำสัปดาห์ผ่าน task management tools เช่น ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheet หรือ tools ที่บริษัทใช้
• Review คุณภาพงานก่อนส่งต่อ Founder หรือ publish
• สร้าง process การทำงาน เช่น content workflow, approval process, campaign checklist และ reporting template
• Coach junior team members ให้พัฒนาด้าน content quality, SEO thinking, AI Search understanding และ campaign execution

6. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking

• วางแผน campaign เพื่อสร้าง lead สำหรับ SEO agency, Academy และ Digital Marketing services
• ติดตาม marketing funnel ตั้งแต่ awareness → lead → inquiry → sales handoff
• ทำ monthly marketing report พร้อม insight และ recommendation
• วิเคราะห์ว่า channel / content / event ไหนสร้าง lead หรือ business opportunity ได้จริง
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม sales/business development เพื่อปรับ messaging และ follow-up materials

Required

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Marketing / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing อย่างน้อย 4–6 ปี

- เคยวางแผนและคุม execution ของ marketing campaign จริง

- เข้าใจ B2B marketing หรือ service business

- เข้าใจพื้นฐาน SEO, content strategy, lead generation และ marketing funnel

- เขียน brief ได้ดี สื่อสารกับ designer, content writer, SEO team และ management ได้

- มีทักษะ project management และ follow-up งานสูง

- ตรวจงานละเอียด จับประเด็นได้ และให้ feedback ทีมได้ชัดเจน

- ใช้เครื่องมือทำงาน เช่น Google Workspace, ClickUp/Notion/Trello, Analytics tools, social media tools ได้

- สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และอ่าน/เขียนภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับงาน marketing ได้

Nice to Have

- เคยทำงานใน agency, consulting, SaaS, education, training หรือ B2B service business

- มีประสบการณ์ทำ webinar, event, course launch หรือ community marketing

- เข้าใจ SEO เชิงลึก หรือเคยทำงานร่วมกับ SEO team

- เข้าใจ AI Search, Generative AI, LLM, ChatGPT, Search Experience หรือ digital transformation trends

- เคยดูแล LinkedIn content / thought leadership ของ founder หรือ executive

- มีประสบการณ์คุมทีมเล็ก 2–5 คน
