As a Senior CRM Associate, you’ll be the bridge between customers and our internal teams—owning escalated cases, resolving complex issues, and improving our service experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and resolve escalated and complex customer issues, including complaints
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Finance, and Legal teams
- Follow up with customers and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor trends in escalations to identify root causes
- Support alignment across teams via updates and best practices
- Uphold empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving in every interaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in call center, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication (Thai & English a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented and proactive in documentation and task follow-up
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Background in real estate, property, or fintech is a plus
