The Creative Team Lead transforms client business and social goals into clear, visually driven creative strategies while guiding the creative team through execution. You will oversee idea development, ensure channel-native and impactful concepts, and use insights from social research and paid performance to strengthen creative direction.
You will manage project timelines, align internal and client expectations, and provide strong strategic input during discussions. Confident, logical communication is essential, as well as the ability to present ideas clearly. The role also includes identifying opportunities to improve campaigns or propose upsells based on ongoing work, while maintaining high-quality output and strong client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Planning
- Develop creative strategies and communication next steps that directly support client business and social goals.
- Translate client goals into visual, channel-native creative approaches.
- Use insights from social media research and paid media performance to shape creative direction.
- Plan production work that aligns with social, creative, and business objectives.
Client Management & Retention
- Serve as the main point of contact and owner for high-value or key clients.
- Maintain a high client retention rate through quality delivery and proactive service.
- Present ideas confidently with clear logic and well-supported reasoning.
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvements, upsells, or cross-sells together with the Creative Strategy team and Account Director.
Project & Timeline Management
- Manage internal and external timelines to ensure smooth project flow.
- Oversee creative work delivery and perform regular audits to ensure it meets standards:
- Business goals first
- Data-driven insights
- Trend-aware, platform-native, and well-executed
Creative Team Leadership
- Manage and support the Creative Team - including Creative Strategists, Integrated Creatives, and Production.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support during high-pressure periods.
- Build a positive, respectful, and high-performance team culture.
- Conduct ongoing training and upskilling sessions on:
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Creative storytelling and data-driven content development
- Platform changes, trends, formats, tools, and AI capabilities
Innovation & Growth
- Collaborate with the Account Director to develop new creative services, formats, capabilities, and packages.
- Continuously keep the team updated on new industry trends, best practices, and creative opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Native Thai speaker
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) required.
- Bonus: 2+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Content Creation, Account Executive roles, or Social Media Content.
- Bonus: Experience in Digital Creative Agencies, Digital Advertising, Branding, or Social Media Agencies.
