We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and wholehearted executive assistant to support our CEO in every dimension of a fast-moving business and an active personal life. This is not an ordinary Executive Assistant role—your success will hinge on genuine, heartfelt care for the CEO’s goals and well-being. Think of this as a hybrid of executive support and service hospitality: you will anticipate personal and professional needs with grace, handle private matters discreetly,  coordinate company and personal events, and nurture meaningful connections across the team. You’ll help the CEO maintain rapport—through gestures like gifts, birthdays, and relational touchpoints—while keeping dozens of moving parts flowing smoothly. Every interaction should reflect Gofive’s warmth and professionalism. Success in this role demands exceptional organizational discipline, unshakable discretion, and the high emotional intelligence required to navigate demanding situations with grace. Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO’s calendar and priorities — schedule meetings, protect focus blocks, and juggle shifting requests without dropping a ball.
  • Support the CEO’s personal well‑being — anticipate and assist with lifestyle details (rest, meals, appointments, personal errands) so he can stay balanced, healthy, and focused.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups — keep an evolving master action list, proactively nudge stakeholders, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Be the CEO’s listening post and conduit — foster open dialogue so everyone feel heard, sense the company’s pulse and brief the CEO with candid insights, while also helping maintain personal connection through thoughtful gestures and reminders.
  • Coordinate travel & lifestyle logistics — book flights, hotels, visas, drivers, and oversee property or maintenance tasks so every trip and daily routine runs effortlessly.
  • Plan and support events — work with vendors, clients, family, and internal teams to organize gatherings, workshops, or celebrations and provide hands-on support before, during, and after each event.
  • Prepare and organize critical documents — draft correspondence, compile reports, manage contracts, and produce concise meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration — coordinate with operations, finance, marketing, and external partners to unblock projects and keep momentum high.
  • Jump into special projects on demand — support ad-hoc personal or corporate initiatives, bringing energy, structure, and follow-through until goals are met.
  • Handle confidential, time-sensitive matters with integrity — safeguard private information and act as a trusted conscience for the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (Master’s a plus, but not required).
  • Fluency in English and Thai, with polished business writing and presentation skills.
  • Calm under pressure, skilled at triaging competing priorities and solving problems creatively
  • High EQ and empathy, adept at reading non-verbal cues and fostering open dialogue.
  • Rock-solid integrity and discretion, trusted to handle confidential information.
  • Embrace modern digital and AI tools (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other productivity or CRM apps) and an eagerness to learn our in-house systems.
  • Heartfelt ownership and care - genuinely passionate about the CEO’s success, bringing attention, pride, and a commitment to deliver every task at its best.
  • Service mindset — caring for the personal details, anticipating needs, supporting the CEO’s well-being and daily balance.
  • Continuous-learner with a growth mindset, always seeking new skills and ways to raise efficiency.
  • Open to weekly visits to the Rama 2 site (1–2 times/week).
