This is a high-growth, high-intensity environment. We deliver to production every 2 weeks. Responsibilities
- Extreme Ownership: You own your features from the first line of code to final deployment. You don't just "finish a ticket" — you ensure the solution works perfectly for the end user and meets our high standards for quality.
- Product-First Development: Develop across the full stack (Front-end and Back-end), ensuring every feature aligns with our "Made with Love" philosophy — beautifully designed, highly performant, and functionally superior.
- Business Immersion: Deeply understand our B2B SaaS business. You aren't just building a button — you are building a tool that helps a business owner or an HR manager succeed. You need to "feel it" to develop it well.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work in a "small squad" environment where you are a key contributor. Participate in technical design sessions, conduct rigorous peer reviews, and engage in rapid debugging across the entire stack.
- The 2-Week Sprint: Thrive in our rapid delivery cycle. You will be responsible for moving high-quality, secure code into production every two weeks, on time, every time.
- AI-Native Engineering: AI is your first instinct, not your last resort. Before you write a function, you consider whether AI can generate, validate, or test it better. You use AI to reason through architecture, accelerate code reviews, catch edge cases early, and prototype faster. You are expected to stay current on AI tooling and bring new capabilities to the team — not wait to be told about them.
Qualifications
- Thai-Language Speaking: Must be fluent in Thai (written and spoken) to collaborate deeply with our team and understand the nuances of our local business context.
- Experience Level: We welcome all levels of talent.
- Fresh Graduates: Must show high analytical ability, a "Self-Driven" attitude, and a portfolio that shows care for design and logic.
- Experienced Developers: Must show a track record of building scalable systems and a willingness to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- AI-Native Mindset: You default to AI-assisted approaches when designing, building, and debugging. You can speak practically about the AI tools in your workflow, how you prompt effectively, where AI falls short, and how you compensate. This is a baseline expectation, not a differentiator.
- Ownership Mindset: You are someone who takes initiative and responsibility. When a problem arises, you don't wait for instructions—you find a solution.
- Business Empathy: You must have a desire to understand the "Why" behind the "What." We want developers who care about the business success as much as the code quality.
- Analytical & Design Strength: A strong eye for detail. You understand that "good enough" isn't enough when it comes to user experience and system architecture.
- Technical Adaptability: Our stack is C#, Angular, and Azure. Prior experience is not required, but you must have the technical foundation to learn and master them quickly.
