A proactive and highly skilled HR Lead. In this pivotal role, you will drive our Recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), and Organization Development (OD) strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team to ensure HR operations seamlessly align with the company's business goals.
Responsibilities
Team Management & Strategic Support
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager on strategic initiatives and translate them into actionable plans for the team.
- Directly supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Drive team productivity, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure all HR KPIs and objectives are achieved.
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates across all levels.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and enhance Employer Branding to attract top talent.
- Optimize interview processes and assessment tools to improve hiring quality and candidate experience.
Training & Development (L&D / OD)
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop the Annual Training Plan.
- Design and coordinate effective training programs (In-house & Public) for employee upskilling and reskilling.
- Support Organization Development (OD) initiatives, including Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement programs.
General HR & Other Assignments
- Provide guidance and updates on Thai labor laws and company regulations.
- Support and coordinate company-wide activities, employee relations initiatives, and special events.
- Prepare HR data analytics and comprehensive reports to support the HR Manager in decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of overall HR experience, with at least 3 years of direct experience in Recruitment and HRD/OD.
- Proven track record in People Management, with strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and possessing a continuous learning mindset.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
