Job overview
We are a leading European-style bakery business supplying hotels, restaurants, cafés and schools in and around Phuket, Krabi, Khao Lak and Koh Samui.
We are experiencing strong growth for our wide range of breads, croissants, cakes and desserts, and are now looking for a hands‑on Head of Sales to expand our business in existing areas and help expand into new locations in Thailand.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for leading sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and running day‑to‑day sales activity.
You will work closely with our Head of Customer and lead a small sales team. The role involves both field work with customers and planning, tracking and follow‑up using newly implemented CRM and sales reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales with existing customers
- Win new B2B customers in hospitality, foodservice and institutions
- Develop new areas and opportunities in Thailand
- Manage key customer accounts and relationships
- Set sales targets and KPIs and track performance
- Plan weekly and monthly sales activity
- Drive consistent use of CRM for calls, visits, leads and follow‑ups
- Lead, coach and support a small sales team
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, F&B or related sectors
- Proven ability to grow accounts and open new business
- Comfortable selling face to face and building long‑term relationships
- Organised, practical and good at follow‑up
- Experience leading people and managing sales performance
- Experience in Southern Thailand is a plus, but not essential. Strong sales capability and attitude matter most.
