This role involves bilingual copywriting (Thai & English), art direction, close collaboration with design and production teams, and ensuring top-tier creative execution across social media. A passion for branded and viral content, plus agency experience, is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
We're looking for a Creative who will:
- Understand client's business goals and transforming it into a Creative Strategy that is highly visual and impactful
- Project manage internal timelines alongside client timelines
- Provide creative ideas that is relevant to the Creative Strategy and assigned brands
- Show channel nativeness within creative ideas, copywriting, formatting and execution
- Copywrite in both Thai and English within briefs and creatively reflecting brand's personas and channel nativeness
- Creatively pivot based on client feedback with relevant and impactful ideas
- Art Direct, brief and work closely with the Design team on your creative ideas for the portfolio of brands and clients that you'll be working with.
- Attend photoshoots and manage production set with our Production Manager.
- Ensure that client's social media pages are top of the notch when its comes to creativity and execution.
- Consume branded and viral content like crazy.
- Agency experience is a bonus
- English Speaking and Thai is a BIG bonus
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (degrees in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing will be highly considered).
- Strong understanding of social media nature, trends, and best practices; social media savvy.
- Ability to understand client’s business goals and translate them into creative and impactful strategies.
- Skilled in project management, able to manage internal and client timelines effectively.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate ideas that align with brand strategies and target audiences.
- Strong sense of channel appropriateness in creative ideas, copywriting, formatting, and execution.
- Proficient in copywriting in both Thai and English, reflecting brand personas and adapting to different channels.
- Able to adjust creative ideas based on client feedback while maintaining impact and relevance.
- Experience in art direction and working closely with design teams to execute creative concepts.
- Comfortable attending photoshoots and managing production sets in collaboration with production teams.
- Passionate about consuming and analyzing branded and viral content.
- Agency experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Thai are a strong plus.
