This is your challenge. You will work on our real production environment, solving real problems, and feeling the impact of your work on actual businesses.
Responsibilities
- Real-World Impact: You will dive into our codebase to fix production issues, polish UI/UX beauty issues, and optimize performance. If your code meets our high standards, it goes live.
- AI-Enabled Development: You will be encouraged to use AI tools to accelerate your learning and coding. We don’t just allow AI; we want you to master it as a primary directive for our future development.
- Business Empathy: You won't just write code. You will learn to understand the business context deeply. You’ll learn why an HR manager needs a specific feature and how your code makes their life easier.
- Small Squad Mentorship: You’ll be embedded with a small team of developers. While you may not start in the 2-week sprints immediately, you will learn the discipline and ownership required to get there.
- Made with Love Philosophy: You will learn to care about the soul of the product. We expect you to prioritize design, quality, and performance to ensure our users truly love what we build.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: You will participate in technical design sessions and peer reviews, learning how to communicate complex ideas and debug across the entire stack.
Qualifications
- Thai-Language Speaking: You must be fluent in Thai to effectively collaborate with the team and understand the nuances of our local product context.
- Fundamental Mastery: You understand that "it works" is just the starting point. We look for candidates who strive to grasp the fundamentals so they can do things well and properly, rather than just getting them done.
- Analytical & Design Logic: You might not have years of experience, but your logic is sharp and you have a natural curiosity for how complex systems are designed and built.
- Ownership: We expect you to take responsibility for your tasks from start to finish. You aren't just completing a ticket; you are ensuring a solution works for the business.
- Self-Driven Growth: You don't wait to be told what to do. You explore new technologies, ask insightful questions, and take the challenge of learning our stack.
- High Learnability: We prioritize your ability to adapt and master our environment quickly. If you have strong programming logic and a hunger to learn, we can teach you the rest.
- Tech Stack Adaptability: We use C#, Angular, and Azure. Prior experience is not required; instead, we provide specialized courses and homework for you to complete before you join us to ensure you are ready to succeed.
