As a People & Transformation Consultant at Gofive, you will support clients in designing, operating, and scaling their organizations through HR expertise and digital solutions. You’ll help translate client needs into practical recommendations and deliverables, providing trusted guidance on solution design and best practices to drive successful implementation and long-term impact.
Responsibilities
- Support client HR transformation initiatives by developing and presenting recommendations across org design, compensation, HR digitalization, culture, L&D, job architecture & succession, leadership, talent processes, HR policies, and people KPIs.
- Deliver transformation outputs such as workshops, frameworks, roadmaps, policies, and toolkits.
- Assist with proposals, scopes of work, and client presentations to support deal success and account growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted HR consulting partner.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to understand customer needs and provide HR expertise in sales meetings to strengthen the value proposition and support B2B deal success.
- Collaborate with internal Product/Tech teams to translate client feedback into improvements for tools, content, and HR solutions.
- Stay up to date on HR transformation trends, HR tech, and market practices to enhance consulting quality and recommendations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in HR consulting, organizational development, or strategic advisory in a fast-paced environment.
- Specialization in one or more: Organizational Design, Compensation, HR Tech, Change Management, or HRBP.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience supporting clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable bridging human-centric HR solutions with business objectives and using data to support decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy HR consultant with a SaaS mindset and AI-driven ways of working.
- Fluent in Thai (working proficiency in English preferred).
