We are looking for a high-energy, driven leader who is ready to take on challenges in rapidly evolving organizational transformation settings, with a strong understanding of both strategic HR consulting and market dynamics. The People & Transformation Consulting Lead will play a pivotal role in reshaping HR processes, building leadership capabilities, and driving culture change across our clients' organizations, while also guiding the growth and success of our HR consulting business unit.
In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in HR transformation to lead consulting projects and work closely with C-suite executives and stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth by positioning our HR consulting services, managing pricing strategies, and ensuring that our offerings stay competitive by incorporating client feedback, market trends, and emerging HR challenges. You will play a key role in driving client success and fueling the growth of a new and dynamic business unit.
Responsibilities
- Drive the success of the business unit by leading the promotion and delivery of strategic HR consulting services, collaborating with the internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs, ultimately driving successful deal closures.
- Act as the primary consultant for clients on a wide range of HR transformation initiatives, including organizational design, compensation strategies, HR digitalization, cultural transformation, learning & development planning, job architecture and succession, leadership development, talent processes, HR policies, people metrics, and KPI-driven performance improvements.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to strategically position HR consulting solutions, ensuring offerings are tailored to client needs and contribute to achieving key business outcomes.
- Serve as a key Product Consultant, offering strategic insights to internal teams (e.g., Product Design & Development) to shape and refine HR products and solutions. Leverage client feedback, market trends, and emerging HR challenges to drive innovation and ensure that our offerings remain ahead of industry needs.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing small team in a SaaS environment—driving ownership, collaboration, and high-impact outcomes.
Qualifications
- Tech-savvy HR consultant and team lead with a SaaS mindset—AI-driven, partnering across Product, Sales, and Tech to deliver modern people solutions.
- 2-3 years in a leadership role in HR transformation, organizational development, or consulting, with expertise in talent management, organizational design, and HR digitalization.
- Strategic thinker capable of driving change in complex environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and closing deals.
- Experience with pricing strategies, market positioning, and promoting HR services to external clients.
- Strong understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in HR transformation and consulting.
- Fluent in Thai and working proficiency in English.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
