We are seeking a proactive, thoughtful, and growth-driven People Development & Experience Specialist to help shape how our people learn, grow, and experience life at Gofive. This role is more than a traditional HR position—it combines learning, organization development, and employee experience to help create a workplace where people feel engaged, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
You will drive key initiatives across Learning & Development and Organization Development, while also supporting employee engagement, employer branding, onboarding, and selected recruitment activities. Success in this role requires strong ownership, good coordination, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping people and teams grow. Responsibilities
- Drive learning & development — coordinate training programs, workshops, onboarding sessions, and other learning initiatives that support employee growth and performance.
- Partner with managers on development needs — identify skill gaps and support the design and execution of development plans aligned with business goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning — encourage knowledge sharing, learning activities, and development opportunities across teams.
- Track learning effectiveness — gather feedback, analyze insights, and continuously improve learning programs.
- Champion AI fluency in everyday work — explore and apply digital and AI tools that make learning, collaboration, content creation, and people programs more effective, scalable, and forward-looking.
- Enhance employee experience — support engagement activities, team events, well-being programs, and recognition initiatives that bring Gofive’s culture to life.
- Bring our employer brand to life — support content creation, career events, and communication initiatives that reflect Gofive’s culture, values, and people stories.
- Support recruitment and onboarding — assist with interview coordination, candidate communication, and creating a smooth, positive experience for candidates and new joiners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organization Development, HRD, or related HR roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- High ownership and strong prioritization skills, able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive quality outcomes with minimal guidance in a fast-moving environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital and AI tools to support learning, content creation, and people programs.
- Analytical mindset, able to turn feedback and data into practical improvements.
- Passionate about people, learning, growth, and creating positive employee experiences.
