SEO Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for SEO Specialists to support and drive organic search performance for client projects. This role covers both strategic planning and hands-on execution across Technical SEO, On/Off-Page SEO, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to stay updated with evolving search trends, including AI-driven search experiences.

What You Will Do

Core SEO & Future Search Strategy

• Plan, execute, and take full ownership of end-to-end SEO strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Website Architecture: Design and plan highly logical, SEO-friendly website structures from scratch, ensuring optimal crawling, indexing, and user experience.
• Diagnose website performance with a highly logical mindset: you must know exactly why a site's ranking dropped and what precise steps are needed to fix it.
• Conduct comprehensive On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO audits.
• Step into the new era of search by applying AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.

AI Framework & Agent Building (Internal Focus)

• Build With Us: Collaborate closely with the core team to design, test, and deploy various AI Agents that streamline SEO tasks.
• Help build and refine the infrastructure of our AI SEO Company from the ground up.
• Continuously seek out new AI tools, APIs, and frameworks to integrate into our daily operations.
• Act as a true Project Owner with a visionary mindset, always looking for ways to push the boundaries of what SEO can achieve.

Requirements :

• Experience: 1 to 5+ years of experience in SEO.
• Core SEO Expertise: A solid understanding of Search Intent, Core Ranking Factors, and strong capability in Website Architecture planning and structuring.
• Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• The Builder’s Mindset: You must have highly logical thinking, a strategic vision, and the drive to build systems from scratch.
• Thinking & Communication Skills: The ability to break down complex data and AI concepts into clear, actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have

• API & Tech Savvy: Familiarity with or knowledge of Serp API, Ahrefs API, or Ahrefs MCP (Model Context Protocol). If you know how these work or how they can feed data into AI Agents, your application will be fast-tracked!
• Future of Search: Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with AEO, GEO, or building AI workflows.
• (Note: If you don't have these bonus tech skills yet, don't worry! As long as you have a solid SEO foundation, a logical mindset, and the burning desire to learn and build these API/AI systems together with us, we still highly encourage you to apply!)
