Job overview

Job Purpose:

Responsible for promoting and providing information of organization’s products as well as create new account, answer queries, including provide advice in a designated territory by contacting healthcare professionals in order to achieve sales target.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales visits to hospitals and clinics
  • Promote and present products to healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
  • Visit customers regularly to strengthen business relationships
  • Provide product information, samples, and marketing materials
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with Marketing to conduct product presentations, booths, and sampling activities
  • Ensure in-store and hospital visibility materials are properly placed
  • Collect feedback from customers on promotional activities
  • Gather feedback from customers
  • Monitor competitor pricing, products, and activities
  • Report market insights to Sales Manager regularly
  • Submit sales call reports and forecasts on time
  • Maintain accurate customer and territory data in SFE
  • Comply with company’s code of conduct and industry regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical industry (experience with hospital or clinic channels preferred)
  • Positive attitude “CAN DO”, high energetic, with good team player.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and good follow-up.
  • Be proactive to drive for result.
  • Fair command of written and spoken English.
  • Good Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook).
