Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing outstanding service and support.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to gather information and develop personalized Timeline Plans.
- Prepare detailed Timeline Plans outlining the steps and requirements for mortgage applications.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to clients who are ready to purchase homes with cash payments.
- Monitor client progress according to the Timeline Plan, ensuring timely completion of mortgage requirements.
- Assist clients with document preparation and submission, ensuring a smooth and efficient mortgage process.
- Compare interest rates and loan terms from various banks to secure the best possible options for clients.
- Collaborate with partner banks and external stakeholders to facilitate mortgage approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partner banks, ensuring a positive and collaborative experience.
- Track mortgage application statuses, providing timely updates to clients and the company.
- Work closely with the Mortgage Credit Analysis team to ensure seamless client service and successful homeownership journeys.
- Conduct online and offline training sessions to educate clients about the mortgage process.
- Manage client renewals, providing information and negotiating new contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's system.
- Report on progress and provide updates to supervisors according to established plans.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth client service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage lending or credit analysis within a banking or financial institution.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment principles and mortgage lending regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business financials.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and credit reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of real estate ownership transfer processes.
- Omega Performance Credit Skills (Omega License) certification is required.
- Completion of relevant mortgage lending or credit analysis training programs is highly desirable.
