Join Juzmatch as a Senior Digital Product Manager and play a key leadership role in shaping our internal operations platform—an essential foundation for streamlining workflows, increasing efficiency, and enabling scalable growth. This platform supports both our innovative rent-to-own real estate model and our future evolution as a living asset management platform.

In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, data-driven solutions that directly enhance operational effectiveness.

• Product Roadmap Ownership. Define and manage the product roadmap for Juzmatch’s internal digital platform, aligned with company objectives and operational priorities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational needs, uncover pain points, and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Agile Delivery Leadership
• Work hands-on with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features through agile methodologies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Leverage platform analytics, user feedback, and performance metrics to prioritize product initiatives and measure their success.
• Platform Stability & Incident Management
• Support platform stability by leading incident management efforts within your domain, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact to operations.

• 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally focused on internal tools, platforms, or enterprise operations systems
• Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with engineering teams in agile environments
• Strong skills in gathering, synthesizing, and prioritizing product requirements from a variety of stakeholders
• Experience managing incidents and maintaining platform reliability
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to guide product decisions
• Experience in the real estate or fintech sectors is a strong advantage
