As a Solution Consultant Lead, you’ll take the lead in shaping Gofive’s consulting capability — guiding clients through their Digital HR Transformation with insight, structure, and impact.
You will act as a strategic advisor, helping leadership teams translate their business goals into people-driven digital strategies. From diagnosing challenges to designing practical, scalable solutions, you’ll bring both analytical depth and human understanding to every conversation.

Responsibilities
· Lead the consulting function to deliver impactful digital HR transformation initiatives — from strategy design to solution alignment.
· Partner with clients to analyze their people strategy, organization structure, and technology landscape, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
· Conduct diagnostic assessments, discovery workshops, and process mapping sessions to uncover insights and define transformation roadmaps.
· Translate business challenges into actionable, technology-enabled HR solutions that improve efficiency, engagement, and performance.
· Provide strategic advisory on workforce transformation, HR process optimization, and change management.
· Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Development teams to ensure proposed solutions align with both client needs and Gofive’s product ecosystem.
· Guide and mentor Solution Consultants to strengthen their consulting capabilities, presentation skills, and business acumen.
· Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning Gofive as a long-term partner in organizational growth.
· Stay ahead of HR tech trends, digital tools, and best practices to continuously enhance consulting methodologies and client outcomes.
· Represent Gofive in pre-sales, workshops, and strategic forums, contributing thought leadership and insights that shape market positioning.
Qualifications
· Consulting Mindset: Ability to diagnose complex business issues, synthesize insights, and recommend practical, strategic solutions.
· Strategic HR Understanding: Deep knowledge of HR functions (e.g., talent management, performance, compensation, workforce analytics) and how technology enables them.
· Transformation Leadership: Experience guiding organizations through change — from vision and strategy to adoption and impact measurement.
· Business Acumen: Strong grasp of organizational strategy, financial levers, and how people initiatives drive business results.
· Stakeholder Influence: Skilled in facilitating executive discussions, aligning diverse perspectives, and building consensus.
· Analytical Thinking: Proficient in using data, metrics, and evidence-based insights to inform decisions and recommendations.
