The company was founded by Chairman Dr. Pongsak Hoontrakul – former Director at United Overseas Land (UOL) Singapore and United Overseas Bank (UOB) Thailand. The Group CEO is Khun Thanabodee Hoontrakul, an entrepreneur who has keen interests in real estate developments and townships (creating a city).
Apart from land management (i.e. lease and sell), the company strategic focus is to develop a wide range of senior housing, retail mall, commercial and residential, mix-use, office, coworking space, shared office, and F&B retail.
