Responsibilities

- Communicate project updates clearly and professionally with clients.
- Support internal teams in executing SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple projects, track progress, and flag potential issues.
- Handle data entry, reports, and campaign performance metrics.
- Conduct basic SEO tasks: keyword research, audits, and on-page optimization.
- Collaborate with the team and assist with admin or project-related tasks.
Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, admin, or digital marketing.
- Basic SEO knowledge are highly prefer.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset, service-oriented, and takes ownership of work.
