Responsibilities
- As an Associate, Investor Relation/Investment Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving Juzmatch's growth by connecting investors with our unique rent-to-buy model. You will be responsible for:
- Promoting Juzmatch's investment opportunities: Present our rent-to-buy model and investment products to potential investors, highlighting the financial benefits and social impact.
- Building and managing investor relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential investors, providing exceptional service and addressing their queries.
- Achieving sales targets: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new investors and meet performance goals.
- Conducting market research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with other departments, including operations, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Preparing sales reports and analyses: Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and acquire investors interested in real estate investment opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple sales channels effectively to acquire and retain investors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of investment principles and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bonus: IC License, experience with rent-to-buy models, and knowledge of the Thai real estate market.
- Proven experience in sales, wealth management, financial advisory, or real estate investment.
- Understanding of real estate investment, financial products, or private equity is a plus.
