Finance Manager

Lead the FP&A and business finance function to support management decision-making through accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business insights. The role is expected to build a scalable manager-led analyst structure, improve financial reporting quality, strengthen cross-functional coordination and reduce dependence on operational follow-up.

• Own monthly Management P&L reporting and CEO report pack.
• Ensure clear commentary on revenue, gross margin, operating expenses and key drivers.
• Oversee costing, inventory and margin accuracy.
• Review data consistency with accounting and operational sources.
• Escalate key risks, issues and recommended actions to AVP Finance.
• Initiate template to support business planning into financial information.
• Consolidation of group’s budget.
• Alignment of accrued & actual financial record vs. budget with consistency.
• Deploy financial models to support business scenario & management decision making.
• Process improvement initiatives/projects execution

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Accounting or Other related disciplines.
• 6-10 years in FP&A / Corporate Finance / Business Finance
• Strong experience in Management reporting / Budgeting & forecasting / Financial analysis
• Professional qualification of CPA, CFA or other equivalent qualifications is a plus
• FMCG / pharma / trading / multi-entity experience is a plus
• Experience in Power BI report development or automated management reporting is a plus
• Solid basic mathematics, finance, accounting & tax knowledge
• Exceptional quantitative & qualitative analytical skills, deriving/crunching numbers and critical thinking
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Good Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Power Point, ERP – SAP/ORACLE Accounting System).
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Good knowledge in macroeconomics, management accounting, financial analysis and financial modelling is highly preferable
• “CAN DO” attitude, self-motivation, problem solving skills, creative thinking
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
