We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Network Administrator Intern to join our Infrastructure & Security team.
This role will provide hands-on experience in enterprise network operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure such as LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall systems in a real production environment.
You will work closely with our IT Infrastructure team to support network stability, improve system reliability, and gain practical experience in managing modern enterprise IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall systems to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
- Support network troubleshooting and incident investigation by analyzing logs, checking configurations, and documenting issues and resolutions.
- Assist in network configuration tasks such as device setup, IP management, and basic network security controls under supervision.
- Help maintain network documentation, diagrams, and asset records to ensure accurate and up-to-date infrastructure information.
Qualifications
- Currently studying in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching)
- Familiar with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work onsite
