Responsibilities
- Product & Backlog Management
- จัดทำและดูแล Product Backlog
- เขียน User Story และ Acceptance Criteria
- จัดลำดับความสำคัญงานตาม Business Value และ Impact
- วางแผน Sprint ร่วมกับทีมพัฒนา
2. Requirement & Stakeholder Management
- รวบรวมความต้องการจากผู้ใช้งานและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและ Pain Point ของระบบ
- แปลง Business Requirement เป็น Technical Requirement ระดับที่ทีมพัฒนาเข้าใจได้
3. Agile / Scrum Collaboration
- ทำหน้าที่ Product Owner ใน Scrum Team
- เข้าร่วม Sprint Planning, Review และ Retrospective
- ตัดสินใจเรื่อง Scope และ Prioritization ระหว่าง Sprint
4. Product Delivery & Quality Control
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงาน (UAT / SIT) ก่อนส่งมอบ
- รับรองความถูกต้องของฟังก์ชันตาม Requirement
- ติดตาม Timeline และความเสี่ยงของโครงการ
5. Vendor & Project Coordination
- ประสานงานกับ Vendor / System Integrator
- ควบคุมขอบเขตงาน (Scope), SLA และ Budget
- ติดตาม Deliverable ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
6. Continuous Improvement
- เก็บ Feedback จากผู้ใช้งาน
- ปรับปรุง Product อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- สนับสนุนการทำ IT / Digital Transformation ขององค์กร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst หรือ Project Manager อย่างน้อย 3–7 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานแบบ Agile / Scrum จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ระบบ ERP, CRM, HRMS, Finance System หรือ Digital Platform จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
- เข้าใจ SDLC และ Agile Methodology
- เขียน User Story, Use Case, Workflow ได้
- ใช้เครื่องมือเช่น Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- เข้าใจพื้นฐาน UX/UI และ System Architecture
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานดีเยี่ยม
- คิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ และแก้ปัญหาเป็นระบบ
- สามารถตัดสินใจภายใต้ข้อจำกัดของเวลาและทรัพยากร
- มีภาวะผู้นำ และรับผิดชอบสูง
