- Implementation, investigation, and support of Azure product design and deployment of solutions with Azure product
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution on escalated issues while monitoring and maintaining environmental stability.
- Configuration, performance monitoring, maintenance, and security management relating to Microsoft Identity.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps processes, including continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Maintain and enhance engagement with business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for endpoint management activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 0-3 years of systems engineering experience
- Experience working with end users to troubleshoot and resolve their issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and good interpersonal, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities.
- Passionate about technology, security, and Microsoft Azure products.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with DevOps processes and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Holding an IT certification such as MCSA, MCSE, AWS, or CCNA would be an advantage
