Job Purpose:

Responsible for leading, developing, and managing the sales team to achieve business objectives within hospital and clinic segments. This role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong, long-term partnerships with key healthcare professionals. The position also plays a critical role in implementing sales strategies, coaching the team to deliver excellence in execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction in alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop monthly and quarterly sales plans
  • Track team performance and provide regular feedback
  • Conduct weekly sales review meetings and performance coaching
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design strategic campaigns
  • Analyze competitors and market trends
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Analyze performance by region and product category
  • Recommend data-driven strategic adjustments to team management
  • Conduct field coaching and performance evaluations
  • Create individual development plans for team members
  • Maintains sales representative by motivation, counseling, recruiting, retaining and training.

Qualifications

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Science or Pharmacy with Master’s Degree in MBA : Marketing would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Industry.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Sales Supervisor.
  • Positive attitude “CAN DO”, high energetic, with good team player.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and good follow-up.
  • Be proactive to drive for result.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook).
