We’re given an incredible amount of freedom here. It’s up to you to decide how to approach a problem, manage your time, and even when to come to the office. This ownership means a lot of responsibility, but also a lot more fun.

When it comes to work, we do the bare maximum. There is no cutting corners, and no such thing as “that’s not my job”. Self-motivation and initiative are our lifeblood.
Sometimes you’ll hear loud bursts of laughter from our kitchen. Sometimes we doodle on Post-its and stick them around the office. Sometimes we share and try out new snacks together.
It’s all part of the job.
