As a Solution Consultant at Gofive, you will play a key role in helping businesses transform through our software and HR expertise solutions. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams, you will collect and analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will conduct in-depth assessments of client business processes, present customized demonstrations, and provide expert guidance on solution design and best practices to ensure seamless client transitions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and present customized solution demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our -products/services.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on solution design, implementation, and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral.
- Work closely with Support teams to ensure seamless handover of client requirements and expectations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Consulting, Software Implementation, Pre-sales, BA or Solution Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Has knowledge and working experience in HRM or CRM products are preferred.
- Fluent in Thai
